Jens Fink-Jensen has published the two children´s books Jonas og konkylien (Jonas and the Conch Shell) and its sequel Jonas og himmelteltet (Jonas and the Sky Tent). Both of them are illustrated by the world famous Danish artist Mads Stage (1922-2004). Jens Fink-Jensen has written a third Jonas-book, and Mads Stage finished illustrating it before he died in 2004, aged 81. The book has not yet been published. The Jonas books have until now been published in Danish only but have been translated into English and some other languages. And even more translations are under way, hopefully leading to an international release in many laguages in the near future. Read the first pages in English and see the illustrations here: |
